What should you pay attention to when using an industrial riding sweeper:
1. In order to ensure safe driving, operators must undergo strict training to understand the performance characteristics of electric sweepers, be proficient in operating methods and techniques, and strictly implement the safe operating procedures of electric sweepers.
2. Electric sweeper operators need to reasonably schedule the vehicle based on the cruising range or operating time on a full charge. However, a full charge after picking up the car at night can meet the needs of the working mileage. If the working mileage exceeds the driving range of a full charge, it needs to be recharged during the day. The recharge should not exceed 50% during the day, and the number of recharges should be limited to once. If the operational needs are still not met, it is recommended that additional cleaning vehicles be added. Be careful to avoid charging or recharging during high temperature periods during the day.
3. After the work is completed, the side brush, main brush, filter element, dustbin, etc. should be cleaned in time to ensure easy use for the next work.
The use of electric sweepers saves time, effort and labor. Cleaning and collection are completed at one time. One sweeper can replace 6-8 people for manual cleaning.
