Operating instructions and maintenance precautions for the ride-on sweeper
1. Charge the equipment for 12 hours for the first three times and 6-8 hours for the subsequent ones. Do not charge for a long time (overcharging) to avoid damaging the battery.
2. If there are long strips or filaments on the road surface, they should be removed manually. If they are not removed early and become entangled in the main brush and side brush, it will easily cause damage to the motor.
3. If the road surface is thick and dusty, pay special attention not to drive too fast when cleaning the dust, clean it several times, and use the watering function safely.
4. When there is sludge on the road surface, it is best not to start the cleaning operation. The accumulated soil and dust will stick to the brushes, which will easily increase the resistance of the motor, causing overload protection and mechanical failure if the fuse burns. If it is necessary to start the cleaning operation, , after finishing, the side brush and main brush should be cleaned as soon as possible.
5. During the cleaning operation, the brush should not be too close to the wall or road shoulder to avoid increasing the resistance of the side brush motor, causing overload protection and mechanical failure if the fuse burns.
6. When the machine and equipment pass the speed bump, the cleaning work should be stopped, the brush should be raised before passing the speed bump, and the brush should be lowered to continue cleaning. Do not reverse the machine when it is being cleaned.
7. After the machine equipment is working, wait until the brush is completely restored to its position before turning off the power supply.
8. It is prohibited to clean and operate the sweeper in rain, snow or on water to prevent damage to the filter element and vacuum fan.
9. Do not wash the car body with water to prevent internal short circuits and damage to machinery and equipment.
10. Never charge the battery in hot weather or under direct sunlight. If the temperature of the battery is too high or a peculiar smell occurs, charging should be stopped immediately.
11. When not working in winter, the water in the water storage tank of the equipment must be drained out to prevent the water storage tank from freezing.
12. After each cleaning operation for 1-2 hours, the dust should be vibrated for 3-4 minutes to keep the dust accumulated in the filter element discharged and improve the dust collection effect.
